 Applied Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) (at 10 mJ) and thin-film optimization (in 60 to 90 nm scale) on CdTe, CZTS,

CdS, CIGS, Ag, Al, Au, CuO materials; refined process control through systematic measurements.

 Performed statistical analysis and signal analysis on opto-electronic results with end-device performance.

etching, integrating results into device roadmaps.

 Coaching new researchers to make them get used into processes.

 Focusing on parasitic effects of detectors onto photonic sub-devices located with them, to control overall

qualification in an IC design. Optimizing SNR and detectivity parameters.

 Conducting research projects that influenced industry standards, thus leading to a fourfold increase in follow-up

lab funding for my managers. Presenting the results at 6 international conferences and authored 2 journal papers.

 Gaining all the above experiences in an international environment where English is the common language; with

colleagues from Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Turkey and Greece.
