· By optimizing production metrics, having more efficient photo-detectors; as increasing 68.805% in detectivity, 66.286% in photo-current gain, 64.135% in photosensitivity, 277.931% in responsivity.
· Conducted extensive device characterization; AFM (from 6.66 nm to 15.69 nm average roughness), I–V measurement setups (-5 V to 5 V with 0.1 V steps), XRD (in C(111)/H(002) peak dominants), PL, and SEM.
· Applied Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) (at 10 mJ) and thin-film optimization (in 60 to 90 nm scale) on CdTe, CZTS, CdS, CIGS, Ag, Al, Au, CuO materials; refined process control through systematic measurements.
· Performed statistical analysis and signal analysis on opto-electronic results with end-device performance.
· Employed nanosecond and femtosecond laser systems (90 fs, 80 MHz, 200 mW) for wafer processing and HF etching, integrating results into device roadmaps.
· Coaching new researchers to make them get used into processes.
· Focusing on parasitic effects of detectors onto photonic sub-devices located with them, to control overall qualification in an IC design. Optimizing SNR and detectivity parameters.
